Drug Testing
Occupational health drug-urine testing is a method used to analyze a person’s urine sample to detect the presence of drugs or their metabolites. It is conducted as part of workplace safety programs to ensure that employees are not under the influence of illegal drugs or certain prescription medications that may impair performance or pose risks in their work environment. This type of testing is often conducted pre-employment, randomly, or in response to specific incidents or suspicions.
During the testing process, a urine sample is collected from the individual and tested using prescribed testing methods.
